Welcome to the Three Runs Plantation Home Owners Association website.

Three Runs Plantation is a unique and premier equestrian community located on approximately 2,400 in the heart of horse country in Aiken, SC. We have about 250 residents with most residents residing on 5 or more acres, with their horses located on their individual properties. Three Runs Plantation boasts of 30+ miles of trails, plus two riding complexes, each with its own clubhouse, jumping arena, dressage arena and cross country practice area.
